For all my high achievers and perfectionists out there... Failure happens. It's a part of life. Maybe it's a relationship you were hoping would finally work out. A promotion you've been working towards for a long time. Or an exciting new product that will bring an endless stream of clients... Just because it wasn't what you were expecting doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.
In fact, what if "failing" was an example of everything going right? How could it have been the most perfect thing ever? I want to help you reframe failure so it's not this scary monster to avoid but rather something you can allow, be open and lean into.
I invite you to consider in every success, there are things you could have done differently and in every failure, there are things that worked well.
Tell me what's a failure you want to celebrate?
