Good & Bad

I went to a pilates reformer class with a different instructor recently. It was good and bad.


Good in the sense that I got to try different exercises.

Bad in the sense that I got to try different exercises.


Let me explain.


Some moves were easy and "good". Some moves were hard and "bad".


And then I reminded myself the exercises were neutral. It's just how I was thinking about it that made me feel a certain way. It's all about your perspective, right?
