Having Blank Space

Look at your calendar. Is it full? Meetings back to back?

You might think this is the only way to be productive.

But our brains get overwhelmed when there’s too much going on. And then it doesn’t work as well or even worse, stops working!

To compensate, you might drink more caffeine or eat that stale pastry when you weren’t even hungry.

Try this instead…

Schedule BLANK SPACE in your calendar.

Time for you to just be. Doesn’t matter if it’s 5 minutes or 2 hours.

Allow yourself time to breathe and for your brain to process.

It doesn’t mean it will take longer to reach your goal. In fact, you’ll probably get there FASTER because you will be more rested and focused.
