So often we are giving to others and forget about acknowledging all our own wins and successes. Today, instead of (or in addition to 😂) a to-do list, come up with a "thank you list" to yourself!
Take some time to think about 5 things you want to thank yourself for trying/doing today. Whether it's finally cleaning the house or drinking a glass of water or finishing the project you've been putting off or dragging yourself to that tough workout class or declining a social event and speaking up for yourself, take a moment and acknowledge all the amazing things you are doing. DO IT NOW! You'll feel better after 😊
