My parents both play golf and started taking me to the driving range when I was very young. As I got older, I wanted to actually learn and started taking lessons. My coach would record my swing and be able to offer clear pointers I wouldn't have seen otherwise so I could get better.
If you think about professional athletes, how do they improve? Sure they have a lot of extra help but they also watch film and replays with their coach. They have to see what they are and aren't doing. That's the only way to get better. You can't fully change unless you know your blind spots and what's going on right now.
So life coaching is the same. You can't improve your life when you are stuck in fear, stress and overwhelm. You can't see the forest for the trees. This is why I need and have coaches myself because I know I can't and don't want to do this alone. What about you?!
P.S. any other female golfers out there?!
