I AM HAPPY. I AM ON THE RIGHT PATH... CONNECTED TO WHO I AM AND WANT TO BE...

I had the realization that I am happy. I keep getting messages from myself that "I'm happy", and I love it. I don't feel overwhelmed, stressed, disappointment or sadness like I did the last few years. 

I learned a lot about myself, my patterns and how to rethink or approach things that aren’t working for me. I feel more connected to who I am and want to be, and know that I am on the right path to achieving my goals and living the life I desire. 


I feel more connected to my intuition and am better able to listen to what it is trying to tell me, which also includes letting go of who and what isn't serving me.

What I love most about working with Cindy is her positivity and encouragement. I never feel like I'm falling behind, not doing the work or not making progress. I love that she constantly reminds me that I have made strides and that this isn't an easy process, but I'm showing up for myself. She makes it easy to make a commitment to yourself, and provides options/tools for working through challenges.

CINDY HAS HELPED ME BECOME A BETTER PHYSICIAN

As a cardiologist, I typically have extremely busy days, and I feel the need to be always doing something useful, even during my time off.  Talking to Cindy has helped me see that I need to take care of myself first if I want to take care of others, and there should be no guilt in taking care of myself. I started to reflect on things that bring me joy rather than things that are productive - such as writing down things I used to love as a kid, and doing them unapologetically during my time off. It has actually improved my energy, and I now bring my renewed self to work daily.

 

Another thing I learned from her is to see the best of each situation. This is not easy; but with time, it has made me let go of judgment and see the best in others. This also affected me in a positive way that now I also judge myself a lot less and more forgiving to myself. As long as we are doing our best, we are doing well. This realization lifted so much load off my shoulders. Now, work feels like a problem-solving team activity, which is what I always viewed being a physician would feel.


Because of conversations with Cindy, I have reframed my negative thoughts frequently, and overall a happier person and finding my busy schedule very manageable. I am so grateful for all my conversations with Cindy, and would 100% recommend her to any ambitious high-achieving woman trying to do good in this world. She will help you achieve your full potential while finding meaning, self-acceptance, and happiness.

I FEEL A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE AFTER JUST ONE COACHING SESSION WITH CINDY

I feel a world of a difference after just one coaching session with Cindy. I had been feeling very stressed out and unhappy at work and I couldn’t figure out why. Cindy helped me piece together the events that regularly upset me and helped me identify the root causes for my unhappiness. It was the fact that I lacked control over the day-to-day operations that made me feel tense! This was an incredible realization about myself! I realized that this theme has been permeating through other aspects of my life! Having this new self-awareness is amazing as I realize now what triggers me and that this is something I need to work on.

 

Another key thing I realized is that a lot of my frustration with interpersonal interactions stemmed from my preconceived expectation that others should act according to my own manual of behavior. But I never took into account that my own “operating manual” may be entirely different for someone else. And so all my knee-jerk reactions of anger and judgment at people go out the door! I feel more space now to process other people’s reactions.

 

Lastly, Cindy pointed out that a lot of what I was upset at were circumstances. And while I can’t change circumstances sometimes, I can change mindset and perspective. I am very excited to use these new realizations to build a healthier and calmer mindset. This is such a powerful piece of advice that I can apply to any situation. I am so glad I got the chance to work with Cindy. I discovered so many key things about myself in such a short amount of time. I can’t recommend her more highly!

WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT HER WORK IS THAT SHE IS AN M.D...

In just one hour Cindy transformed my mindset from "I am so overwhelmed and stress I can't function" to "what a privilege to do the work I do!" She really helped me get realistic about what is considered a success, failure, and most importantly how mindset is the key to overcoming stress or self-doubt. After our session I find myself smiling and reminding myself of the privilege I have to live the life I have and do the work I do rather than letting it get overwhelming.

 

What I love most about her work is that she is an MD and her work as a coach helps you to get to the root of your stress, anxiety, or self-doubt so you overall become a healthier person and relieve the physical symptoms these feelings cause!
