Podcast Guest Episode- Resilience & How Courage Leads to Calm

by Jan 27, 2023Podcasts, Resources0 comments

Are you feeling stuck or trapped in a sticky situation? Maybe you’re contemplating if it’s time to leave your role (even though you’ve worked really hard to finally get there) or you just feel unsettled with where you are (even though you “should” be happy since it’s what you thought you wanted)…

It feels like you’ve considered all the options and you just have to “deal with it” which totally sucks.

When you’re in a negative cycle, it’s a slippery slope and can feel never-ending. You keep trying to “figure it out” but it’s like you’re throwing spaghetti on the wall (which is SO exhausting by the way) and you don’t get anywhere.

So how do you get the clarity you need?

The key is to be able to stay aware and actively break that cycle and extract yourself from that pattern.

As I shared in my podcast interview with Savio P. Clemente on the The Human Resolve podcast, “when things aren’t working, we’re going to keep looking for problems. Whereas when we’re in a state of gratitude and focusing on opportunity and solution, that actually takes you out of that problem mindset.”

Change takes courage and the willingness to try something new.

Part of that process is building resilience which I go into detail in this Authority Magazine and Thrive Global interview:
