As a high-achiever, I get it. You have 10,000 things to do and you are on a mission to get it all done. ✅
And when things don’t work out, it’s incredibly frustrating because it’s not going according to plan!! 😡
You might think you just need more time or work harder. Sleep a little less. Have another cup of coffee to stay focused.
But, the answer is NOT to go faster or work harder.
The answer is to PAUSE. To get out of #autopilot and ask yourself, what ISN’T working and to re-align and stay CONNECTED to who you are.
Because sometimes, you have to slow down to speed up. (💡 Read this again.)
